All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with the sizing, you may return it and we will exchange eligible purchases. (Please check the Terms & Conditions below to determine eligibility).
Returns must be postmarked no later than 7 days after the order is received. Anything beyond this will not be exchanged. The customer is responsible for any return shipping.
The original invoice must accompany returned item(s) with the new sizing clearly outlined in order to complete an exchange. Online exchanges will be completed when the original parcel is returned via mail. The new parcel will then be mailed back to the customer. If the purchase was a gift for another party; gift returns can only be made by the original purchaser.
Toronto Forever does not accept in store returns or exchanges.
Exchanged items must be in their original state and deemed to be unworn with their original tags/packaging to be accepted for an exchange.
Due to the make and fit of certain items, exchanges are not accepted on: any hats where the beak has been curved or damaged, shirts or hats where the tag has been removed, shirts that show evidence of use or previous washing. If these items are returned, they will be returned at the sender’s expense and the requested exchange will not be completed. Toronto Forever has the ability to deny any return if the following criteria is not met upon its arrival back to us.
